We know that leadership training is supposed to be serious, but really. WHY? Does this imply that people in leadership role should be NO FUN? Or even worse, does it imply that leaders do NOT want their employees to have fun?
The fact is, (and yes their is scientific data to prove it), people, including leaders, and people performing leadership role, learn in a better way when they have fun. Absolutly , if you want to get people to actually retain and apply what they have learned it must be fun. Therefore, the following list is, yes, you guessed it, a list of Fun Leadership Training Videos.
Just have a little bit patience, there is more, they are all mine… ya ya, I know, I am bias, but these leadership training videos are really cool (AND FREE) and they represent an experiment in what people liked, the first one kinda slow but with animation… all the way up to the 4th one (there are more coming) which seems to be the format most preferred by everyone. These leadership Training videos are about 5 minutes long.
